- Ink stays wet on most surfaces to allow time for use.
- To use: Invert Dabber, tap repeatedly on scrap paper to begin ink flow.
- Dab onto surface.
- Sprinkle with Dyamond Rocks or Dust.
- Heat with Ranger Heat It Craft Tool.
- Replace cap after use.
