How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the items in your cart. Since GettyCrafts receives negotiated rates from various suppliers, we happily pass those savings right on to you.
- If you’d like an estimate of your shipping cost, simply add your item/s to your Cart, enter just your Country & Zip code, and the shipping cost will be displayed
Will I be responsible to pay to VAT Duties and Import Fees?
At GettyCrafts, the cost you pay for your order is the landed cost. This means that ALL costs, including any VAT and/or Customs Duties, are paid upon checkout.
In other words, we take care of everything! With your purchase, GettyCrafts becomes the legal importer of record, and we will assume all responsibility to remit and pay all Import VAT & Duties to your local government.
When your purchase arrives, you can enjoy your Art & Crafts supplies stress-free, without worrying about additional Customs fees upon delivery.
This model ultimately saves you money, without the cost of the associated brokerage fees, and speeds up your transit time, as orders typically pass through Customs much faster when prepaid through a trusted online retailer.
I am being asked to pay customs fees. What should I do?
We take every measure possible to ensure that your purchase arrives with ease.
However, in the event that you are asked by customs to pay additional fees, it is best to pay the requested amount so your order will be released.
Once your order is released, GettyCrafts will then refund you for the full amount paid. Please contact us with 1. a copy of the receipt and 2. the shipping label and we will issue the full refund within 24 business hours.
When will my order ship?
We always aim for your purchase to arrive as quickly as possible, with most orders placed on GettyCrafts shipping within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that orders with several items may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different dates.
How will my order ship?
At GettyCrafts we offer two types of services. "Economy" and "Expedited".
Economy - Domestic: For Economy and Free Shipping options, we ship with a variety of carriers, including FedEx, USPS and DHL eCommerce. The carrier is selected based on the items you order and the address you’re shipping to.
Working with several carriers allows us to ensure that your package is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Economy - International: Orders will be shipped with DHL eCommerce or similar services up until they arrive at your country’s border. From there, your order will be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.
Please note: Tracking availability within your country will depend on the local carrier. If you prefer full door-to-door delivery, please upgrade the shipping option to one of our “Expedited” services.
Expedited - Domestic/International: If you require an expedited delivery or have custom requirements like a signature request, etc., we offer expedited services on both Domestic and International orders. If our expedited service is not available for your address, please contact us here.
How long do Free Shipping and Economy Shipping options take?
Domestic (48) - Standard: Shipping takes 2-5 business days for non-HAZMAT items, and 3-10 business days for HAZMAT items.
International - Economy: Most countries have an average delivery of 6-10 business days, including Customs clearance. However, if your order is being held up at Customs, delivery times may be drastically extended. If you still have not received your order after 21 days, please contact us here. We’re always happy to help.
Can my order be expedited?
We proudly offer expedited service on both Domestic and International orders. To expedite your order, select one of the “Expedited” services at checkout. If our expedited service is not available for your address, please contact us here.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! So you can follow your package from our doorstep to yours, all orders are shipped using a trackable service. Please keep in mind that if you’re shipping International - Economy, the tracking may only be updated until it reaches your country’s border.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a direct URL that can be used to track your order. Alternatively, you can visit the “My Order” page on the GettyCrafts website to view your tracking updates.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, via standard service only.
Do you ship to my country?
We sure hope so! We currently ship to a variety of international countries and are in the process of expanding our services to additional countries. To see if your country is currently available, visit the “My Cart” page, then add your country and postal code.
Can I pickup my order at GettyCrafts?
We currently do not offer a local pickup option. Instead, all purchases are shipped to your door!
