• Once foiled, the whimsical balloons are perfect for all types of coloring; including watercolor, alcohol & brush markers, colored pencils and no-line coloring.
• Combine with the coordinating Ribbons & Balloons layering stencil set to ink blend the images with all 48 shade of our premium dye inks.
